  3. Proficiency in core banking systems, project management, and business analysis
  4. Strong leadership skills in team management

Job descriptions:

  1. Identify needs, manage budgets, and optimally allocate project resources within the scope of the Core Banking Application
  2. Develop plans for all approved projects related to the Core Banking Application
  3. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding the progress of project implementations within the scope of the Core Banking Application
  4. Assist in analyzing and identifying solutions to issues arising in production within the scope of the Core Banking Application
